On top of that, we see many cases of animal abuse. The best way to combat these problems is through an effective and long-term neutering campaign.
Brownsville Spay/Neuter, in partnership with the City of Brownsville and various animal rescue groups, has as its main goal to be part of the solution by providing low-cost neutering surgeries and preventative care for all pets.
