- Driving north on 77/83 from Brownsville: Take the Port of Brownsville exit. Turn right onto 511. There is a gas station on the corner. Conversly, if you are driving south on 77/83 from Harlingen, make a left through the underpass onto 511.
- Drive about a block and start looking to your right-hand side. You will see a sign pointing the way to the Brownsville Animal Shelter. We are in the same building, one door over.
- Note: We are not right on 511, but rather on a parallel frontage road.
